Vestil Professional Lever Hoists (disc brake) (PLH)

The load chain guide system allows operation in the horizontal position, making these hoists useful for equipment alignment, machinery positioning, tie-down work, and confined-space handling. Secure Hook and Brake Design Upper and lower swivel hooks include deformation indicators to support inspection and proper use. The disc brake design helps provide controlled lifting and lowering, while the rugged construction is manufactured to ISO-9002 quality standards for consistent performance.

Capacities, Lift Lengths, and Storage This family includes capacities from 1,500 lb. to 12,000 lb. with standard lift lengths of 5 feet, 10 feet, and 20 feet.

FAQ about this model

What capacity range do these lever hoists cover?

Vestil's Professional Lever Hoist line spans 1,500 lb to 12,000 lb across 12 available models. Capacities are labeled in the model codes as 1.5K, 2K, 3K, 6K, and 12K, so you can match the hoist to your load before ordering.

What lift heights are offered?

Lift heights come in 5 ft, 10 ft, and 20 ft options, depending on the model. For example, the 1.5K capacity is available in 5 ft and 20 ft lifts, while the 12K capacity is available in 5 ft, 10 ft, and 20 ft lifts.

Which model fits a mid-range load around the 3K mark?

The 3K capacity models are PLH-30-5 (5 ft lift, $349.86), PLH-30-10 (10 ft lift, $392.96), and PLH-30-20 (20 ft lift, $478.39). Choose based on how far you need to lift the load, not just capacity.

Where are these hoists manufactured and what warranty do they carry?

They are made in the USA by Vestil Manufacturing and come with a 1-Year Limited warranty. This applies across all 12 models in the Professional Lever Hoist lineup regardless of capacity or lift height.

What is the price range for this hoist line?

Prices range from $272.00 for the smallest model (PLH-15-5, 1.5K capacity, 5 ft lift) up to $1,127.39 for the largest (PLH-120-20, 12K capacity, 20 ft lift). Pricing scales with both capacity and lift length.

How many models are available and how do I read the model numbers?

There are 12 models total. The model number reflects capacity and lift length, for example PLH-60-10 would combine a 6K capacity code with a lift length in feet, letting you identify the right hoist from the code alone.
