FAQ about this model

What is the maximum load capacity of the EK35TLP?

The EK35TLP is rated for 7000 LBS at a 24 in load center. If your load's center of gravity sits farther from the forks than 24 in, actual safe capacity will be lower than the rated figure, so check your load dimensions against this spec before ordering.

How high can this forklift lift, and what's the mast height?

Lift height is 185 in, with a mast overall height of 86.2 in and a free lifting height of 37.9 in. Overall height with forks lifted reaches 234 in, so make sure your building has enough overhead clearance before raising the mast fully.

What are the overall dimensions, and will it fit in my aisles?

Overall width is 50.5 in, overall length with forks is 153 in (108 in without forks), and the wheelbase is 66.9 in. Minimum ground clearance at the mast is 4.7 in. Compare these against your aisle widths and doorway clearances before purchase.

What kind of power source and engine does this forklift use?

The EK35TLP runs on propane (LPG) with a Kubota or PSI 2.4L engine rated at 63 HP / 2700 rpm. It also has a 12/60 V/Ah battery for starting and electrical systems. Loaded top speed is 11 mph, unloaded 12.1 mph.

What tires does it come with, and what surfaces is it suited for?

It's equipped with solid pneumatic tires, sized 28x9-15-12PR (front) and 6.50-10-10PR (rear), on a 4-wheel configuration. This tire type suits warehouses, manufacturing floors, loading docks, and outdoor yards, per the listed applications, without needing tire inflation maintenance.

What safety features and service weight should I know about?

The unit weighs 10,967 LBS (service weight) and includes an overhead guard, load backrest, and operator safety controls as standard safety features. It uses a hydraulic floor pedal service brake and power steering. Factor the service weight into your floor loading and transport planning.
