FAQ about this model

What is the load capacity and where is it measured?

The EK14CS-130Li is rated for 3,000 lbs at a 24 in load center. If your loads are bulkier and shift the center of gravity further out, the effective capacity will be lower than the rated 3,000 lbs, so measure your typical pallet or load dimensions before ordering.

How high can this stacker lift, and what are the mast heights?

Maximum lift height is 130 in. The mast measures 85.6 in lowered and extends to 158.7 in fully raised, so check your doorway and rack clearances against both the lowered and extended figures before purchase.

What are the overall dimensions and turning radius?

Overall length is 109 in, overall width is 42.1 in, and the wheel base is 47 in. Turning radius is 57 in, which matters most if you're running this in narrow aisles or tight warehouse layouts.

What power system does it use, and how is it charged?

It runs on a 24V / 150 Ah lithium battery with a 24V / 50A charger. Drive power comes from a 24V AC 2500W motor, and lifting is handled by a separate 24V 2500W motor, with steering assisted by a 24V 200W EPS motor.

Will the forks fit my pallets, and can width be adjusted?

Forks measure 1.4 in thick, 4 in wide, and 42.1 in long, with fork spacing adjustable from 8.6 in to 26 in. This range covers most standard pallet types, but confirm against your specific pallet footprint before ordering.

What's the warranty and how much does the unit weigh?

This stacker comes with a 3-year limited warranty. Service weight is 4,330 lbs, which you'll want to factor into floor load ratings and freight/delivery logistics on your end.
