Product Overview

In short

The EKKO EB14C-145Li is an electric lithium straddle stacker with a 3000 lb load capacity and a maximum lift height of 145 inches. It combines the functions of a forklift, reach truck, and walkie stacker in one unit, making it suited for manufacturing floors, stockrooms, and loading platforms.

The EKKO EB14C-145Li Lithium Straddle Stacker is an electric, high-reach stacker built for warehouse, stockroom, and manufacturing environments where efficient vertical storage is essential. Powered by a 24V/50Ah lithium-ion battery with internal charging, it delivers a 3000 lb load capacity and a max lift height of 145 inches. Its steel frame construction and straddle-leg design provide stable, precise handling of palletized loads.

Key Benefits

Strong Load Capacity: Rated for 3000 lbs, suitable for handling large or heavy pallets.
High Lift Range: Reaches a maximum lifting height of 145 inches, ideal for high rack storage systems.
Lithium Power: 24V/50Ah lithium battery with internal 24V/20 charger supports extended operation without external charging equipment.
Adjustable Fork & Leg Design: Fork adjustment width of 8.7-32.1 in and adjustable legs from 35.4-51.2 in accommodate varying pallet sizes and widths.
Maneuverability: A 57.5 in turning radius and overall width of 61 in support operation in confined spaces.
Durable Build: Steel frame construction paired with polyurethane wheels for stable, reliable performance.

The EB14C-145Li is well suited for operations that require efficient vertical stacking and pallet transport, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. Its adjustable straddle legs and forks make it adaptable to a range of pallet sizes, while its compact turning radius allows for use in tighter aisles and dock areas. This stacker is a practical choice for businesses looking to move to lithium-powered material handling equipment for indoor lifting and transport tasks.

FAQ about this model

What is the load capacity of the EB14C-145Li?

The EB14C-145Li is rated for 3000 lbs at a 24-inch load center. If your pallets or loads are heavier, or your load center is farther out, actual capacity will be lower, so check your load dimensions against the 24-inch rating before ordering.

How high can this stacker lift, and what are the mast dimensions?

Maximum lift height is 145 inches. The mast is 98.8 inches lowered and extends to 174.8 inches, so you need at least that much overhead clearance when fully raised. Overall length is 73.7 inches and max overall width is 61 inches.

What size pallets or forks does it work with?

Fork length is 45.3 inches, single fork width is 4 inches, and fork spacing adjusts from 8.7 to 32.1 inches to match different pallet types. Lowered fork height is 2.6 inches, and the adjustable straddle legs range from 35.4 to 51.2 inches.

What kind of battery and charger does it use?

It runs on a 24V/50Ah lithium battery with a built-in 24V/20 charger, so there's no separate charging station required. The lift motor is 2.2 kW and it uses a DC drive motor for travel.

How much does the unit weigh, and will it fit through standard doorways?

Service weight is 1800 lbs. Turning radius is 57.5 inches and max overall width is 61 inches, so measure your aisles and doorway widths against those figures before purchase to confirm it will maneuver in your space.

What are the wheels and frame made of?

The EB14C-145Li has polyurethane wheels and a steel frame construction, which suits smooth indoor warehouse floors rather than rough or outdoor surfaces.
