Also, the polyurethane tires provide for a smooth ride and less wear on your flooring. The EG30 uses a 1.3 kW AC motor drive powered by a 24 volt 210 amp hour battery with a charger included for easy operation. The EG30 provides a reliable and comfortable operating experience. The EG30 is backed by a 3 year limited warranty, making it an ideal choice for all of your heavy load towing applications.

Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
