The EKKO EPC18Li Full-Powered Lithium Pallet Jack, is an effective, reliable and productive material handling device that can be used to easily move pallet loads in warehouse and distribution center environments, as well as retail backroom and dock operations. It has a maximum load capacity of 4000 lbs which will allow you to easily transport large and heavy pallet loads, and also provide you with the ability to reduce your operators fatigue and stress from manually moving pallet loads with a traditional manual pallet jack. The EPC18Li's full powered electric drive and lift systems will give you quick acceleration when needed, stability when transporting your loads, and consistently good lift performance in order to improve your productivity. This product uses lithium battery technology, so you can charge this unit in a short amount of time, have a long service life, and require less maintenance than other products on the market in order to get the most use out of it. The compact walkie design of the EPC18Li is ideal for tight aisle applications and confined working conditions. Also included are the ergonomically designed tiller controls and the rugged and durable construction for a safe, and dependable way to operate this product every day.

How much weight can the EPC18Li carry?

Rated capacity is 4000 lb at a 24-inch load center. Lift height is 7.68 inches from a lowered fork height of 3.35 inches, which is transport clearance rather than stacking height. Loads over 4000 lb, or loads whose center of gravity sits farther out than 24 inches from the fork face, are outside the rating.

Will the forks fit my pallets?

The forks are 45.28 inches long and 26.97 inches across the outside, with each fork 6.3 inches wide and 2.24 inches thick. Lowered fork height is 3.35 inches and minimum ground clearance is 0.98 inches. Check those figures against your pallet openings and deck height before ordering, since entry height is the usual limiting factor.

How much aisle space does it need?

It needs 88.5 inches of aisle for 39.37 x 47.24-inch pallets handled crossways, and 85.2 inches for 31.5 x 47.24-inch pallets handled lengthways. Turning radius is 58.82 inches. How is it operated?

It is a walk-behind truck with tiller control, and both travel and lift are fully electric, so there is no manual pumping. Travel speed is 2.49 mph laden and 2.8 mph unladen. Who is this suited to, and who should look at something else?

PU wheels and 0.98 inches of ground clearance point to smooth, level indoor floors rather than rough or uneven surfaces. Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
