FAQ about this model
How much can the EK14S-130LI lift, and at what load center?
It is rated for 3,300 lb at a 24-inch load center. Capacity ratings assume the load's center of gravity sits within that 24 inches of the fork face, so measure your pallets before ordering. The forks are 45.3 inches long, 4 inches wide and 1.4 inches thick, and adjust for width from 8.6 to 28.3 inches.
What are the mast heights I need to check for clearance?
Maximum lift height is 130 inches, with a lowered mast height of 84 inches and an extended mast height of 167 inches. Use the 84-inch figure for travel through doorways and under obstructions, and the 167-inch figure for ceiling and sprinkler clearance at full lift. Mast and fork carriage tilt is 2 degrees forward and 5 degrees back.
Will it fit and maneuver in my aisles?
Overall length is 113 inches and overall width is 39 inches, on a 47-inch wheel base with a 57-inch turning radius. The turning radius is the number to check against your narrowest aisle and dock corners. Service weight is 3,840 lb unladen, which is worth confirming against mezzanine, elevator and trailer floor ratings before delivery.
What battery and charger does it use?
It runs on a 24V/150Ah lithium-ion battery and comes with a 24V/50A charger. The drive motor is AC 24V/2500W, the lift motor is 24V/2500W, and the EPS steering motor is 24V/200W. Lithium chemistry generally allows charging during breaks instead of swapping packs. Charge time and the required electrical supply are not listed in the specifications, so confirm those before installation.
Does this stacker have side shift?
Yes, side shift is built in, with 4 inches of travel. The operator can align the forks with a pallet without repositioning the whole truck, which saves time when placing loads into racking at height. Combined with the 8.6 to 28.3 inch fork width adjustment, the same unit handles a range of pallet and skid sizes.
Who is this model suited to, and who should look at something else?
It suits warehouses, stockrooms, production areas and shipping operations that need full pallet access. Because it is counterbalanced with no support legs, it can approach closed-bottom pallets and skids that a straddle stacker cannot. It is a walk-behind unit, not a rider truck, and gradient capability is limited to 6 percent laden and 10 percent unladen — so it is intended for level indoor floors.
