The EKKO EK14C-130Li Lithium Counterbalanced Walkie Stacker has the characteristics of a forklift and a walkie stacker combined in one unit. The walkie stacker allows operators to easily maneuver throughout their facility while the forklift provides increased lift height and stability. It has a 3,000 lb load capacity and can lift loads up to 130 inches. This makes the EKKO ideal for use in pallet stacking, loading dock applications and general warehouse functions. It features a 24 Volt/150 Amp lithium battery and an AC drive motor that gives it excellent acceleration and lifting ability and will allow for extended run time as well as rapid recharging. The EKKO's durable frame is made from steel using robotic welds. Polyurethane tires are used on all four corners of the unit, giving the EKKO a long service life. Ergonomically designed handholds and control systems provide operators with a comfortable working environment. Integrated into the unit is a side-shifter and adjustable fork system that allows the operator to precisely position and manipulate loads. For your peace of mind, the EKKO comes with a three year limited warranty.

How much can the EK14C-130Li lift, and at what load center?

It lifts 3,000 lb at a 24-inch load center. Capacity is rated at that load center, so a load whose center of gravity sits further from the fork face effectively demands more of the truck — measure your pallet depth before ordering. Because it is counterbalanced rather than straddle-legged, it carries the load in front of the wheels and can pick closed-bottom pallets, skids and containers.

How high does it lift, and will it fit through my doorway?

Maximum lifting height is 130 inches. Lowered mast height is 85.6 inches and extended mast height is 158.7 inches. The 85.6-inch collapsed height is the figure to check against doorways, trailer openings and sprinkler lines when the truck is travelling; the 158.7-inch extended height is the overhead clearance you need at the rack face when the mast is fully raised.

How much floor space does it need to maneuver?

Overall length is 118 inches and overall width is 42.1 inches, with a 47-inch wheelbase and a 57-inch turning radius. Use the turning radius when planning aisle widths and end-of-aisle turns. Service weight is 4,230 lb before any load, which matters for mezzanines, dock plates and elevators, so confirm your floor and dock ratings first.

What are the power and charging requirements?

It runs on a 24V/150Ah lithium battery with a 24V/50A charger. Drive is an AC 24V/2500W motor, lifting uses a 24V/2500W motor, and steering is electric assist through a 24V/200W EPS motor. Everything runs off the single 24-volt pack. Confirm the charging location and supply suit the charger before the truck arrives.

What are the fork dimensions, and can the forks be adjusted?

Forks are 1.4 inches thick, 4 inches wide and 42.1 inches long, and adjust from 8.6 to 26 inches apart. The carriage also side shifts 4 inches, letting you line up with a pallet without repositioning the whole truck. Mast tilt is 2 degrees forward and 5 degrees back for load stability at height.

What kind of work is this stacker suited to, and what is it not?

It suits indoor use on smooth, level floors — warehouses, production areas and stockrooms. The polyurethane wheels are intended for finished concrete, not gravel, broken asphalt or outdoor yards. Gradient performance is 6 percent laden and 10 percent unladen, so steep ramps are outside its range. As a walkie, the operator walks alongside rather than riding.

Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
