FAQ about this model
What is the load capacity, and how high does it lift?
It handles 2800 lbs to a maximum lifting height of 118 inches. The capacity rating is based on a 24 inch load center, so a load whose weight sits farther out from the fork face will effectively derate the truck. Each fork is 45.3 inches long and 4 inches wide, with a lowered fork height of 2.56 inches.
Will it fit through my doorways and aisles?
Overall length is 73.4 inches, maximum overall width is 61 inches, and the turning radius is 56.1 inches. Check vertical clearance at two points: the lowered mast height is 85 inches for travel and doorways, and the mast extends to 147.6 inches at full lift. Service weight is 1380 lbs, which matters for mezzanines, ramps and elevators.
How is it powered and charged?
It runs on a 24V/50Ah lithium battery with a 24V/20A charger built into the unit, so no separate external charger is required. The lifting motor is 2.2 kW and the drive motor is 0.75 kW. The specifications do not state a required outlet type or a charging time, so confirm those before planning a charging station.
What pallet sizes does the straddle design accommodate?
The straddle legs adjust from 35.4 to 51.2 inches and the forks adjust from 8.6 to 32.1 inches, so the unit straddles the pallet with its legs outside the load footprint. Fork length is 45.3 inches. Measure your pallet width and stringer spacing against both ranges, since the legs need floor clearance on either side of the load.
Who is this stacker suited to, and who should look at something else?
It suits daily pallet stacking and short transport in warehouses, stockrooms and distribution facilities. The operator walks behind the unit rather than riding it, so it fits repeated short moves better than long hauls across a large site. Buyers who need loads over 2800 lbs, lift above 118 inches, or a truck that enters a pallet without straddling it should look elsewhere.
Do operators need training to use it?
Yes. OSHA covers powered industrial trucks, including walk-behind electric stackers, under its operator training requirements, and the employer is responsible for training and evaluating each operator before use. The specifications for this model do not include any training materials or certification documents, so refer to the OSHA standard for what applies at your facility.
