Quickly and efficiently heat-up your steel drums or pails. Easily adjust thermostat set-point: 50 to 425 degrees Fahenheit for steel drums and 50 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit on poly drums. This extra-wide 4" silicone rubber band heater is moisture and chemical resistant.

Multi-stranded grounded heating element provides uniform heat and a long service life. Spring closure can be expanded 3". Unit comes with a 6-foot-long power cord, grounded 3-prong.

The -CA suffix indicates models that are CSA approved for use in Canada only. Feature a 6 foot long power cord with no plug. The use of multiple heaters may reduce heat stratification of the material being heated.

What drum sizes do these heaters fit?

Vestil drum heaters are sized for 5 gallon, 15 gallon, 30 gallon, and 55 gallon drums. Match the heater capacity to your drum size, since a 5 gallon unit will not heat a 55 gallon drum evenly and a 55 gallon unit is oversized for smaller containers.

What's the difference between the poly and steel models?

The poly models (DRH-P-5, DRH-P-55) are made for plastic drums, while the steel models (DRH-S series) are made for steel drums. Choose based on the drum material you're heating, not just the capacity, since the construction is matched to the drum type.

What voltage do these heaters run on?

Most models run on 120V, including all 5 gallon, 15 gallon, 30 gallon units and the standard 55 gallon versions (DRH-S-55, DRH-P-55). One 55 gallon steel option, DRH-S-55-240, runs on 240V. Confirm your available circuit before ordering.

What does CSA approved mean for these models, and do I need it?

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).

In total, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days. Please note that larger equipment, oversized items, or specialized products may require additional handling and transit time.
