The EKKO EK18RRL Stand-Up Reach Truck is a robust and powerful electric narrow aisle reach truck that provides both better storage of materials in warehouses and also improved material handling functions to increase your warehouse's efficiency. It has a 4000 lb load capacity, and can raise up to 196 inches (16.33 feet) high making this product a good option for all high racking applications including but not limited to truck loading, stockroom applications, manufacturing floors etc. This product is made of rugged steel which was welded using robotic welding methods to provide strength to the frame and durability to the drive motors so it will perform well in tough operating conditions. Smooth and responsive control are provided by the electronic power steering (EPS) and Curtis Instrument Controller and adjustable side shifting forks and a triple mast provide flexibility when moving and placing pallets in the warehouse. The stand up design provides the operator a higher level of vision when operating the machine in tight aisles, and helps speed the operators movement through the warehouse. The battery pack is a 48 V/420 Ah and comes complete with a charger, providing extended run time and increased reliability of the lift function.

Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
