How much can this trolley lift?

The rated capacity is 1/2 ton, or 1000 lbs (model GT005-ATP). That figure is the total load the trolley is designed to carry, so it has to cover the hoist, rigging, and the load itself, not just the load. If your combined weight is at or near 1000 lbs, step up to a higher-capacity trolley rather than running this one at its limit.

How does it adjust to fit my beam?

It adjusts by hand using a threaded shaft with an Allen bit setting, which moves the side plates in or out to match the beam flange. Warranty

All Bison products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Bison will repair or replace defective parts at no charge (installation excluded). A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required before returning any product; items must be shipped freight-prepaid with a written description of the issue. Items returned outside the warranty scope are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment. Customized items are non-returnable.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
