This is an extremely heavy duty mortar mixer that has been specifically designed for large volume construction and precast mixing of high density products (mortar, refractory mud, stucco, etc.). It is powered by a robust 7.5 HP electric motor which provides a consistent and very productive environment for the mixing of high-density products such as mortar, refractory mud, stucco, and dry aggregate. Due to the vertical configuration of the shafts, the paddles are able to travel through the product at all times resulting in excellent blend quality and superior blend strength when compared to a horizontal type mixer. The mixer body is designed to be towed from one location to another on a variety of different types of surfaces due to its sturdy towable frame and pneumatic tire design. Additionally, the mixer's discharge area has been upgraded so that unloading the mixer is both quick and controlled. To ensure safe and reliable operation in tough environments, numerous safety enhancements have also been incorporated into the mixer's design along with rugged construction.
