Product Overview

The Boss Industrial 10-Ton Electric Log Splitter, model ED10T20 is designed to be lightweight, portable and extremely easy to use for home owners and light professional users. It uses an electric motor that produces 10-tons of splitting force and has enough power to split small to medium size firewood using very little effort on your part. The ED10T20 also features a simple horizontal operating design which will provide you with excellent balance and stability while loading logs into the splitter. In addition, since the ED10T20 is powered by a standard 110-Volt outlet it does not require any type of gas, oil, propane or other complicated systems to operate in your garage, backyard or shed. The rugged steel used in the manufacturing of the ED10T20 will ensure that it will last for years to come and provide you with reliable service. The ED10T20 also features a user friendly push-button control for easy and safe operation as well as an automatic return feature for the ram to help reduce operator fatigue and make splitting firewood faster and easier.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).

In total, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days. Please note that larger equipment, oversized items, or specialized products may require additional handling and transit time.

Vovlift accepts returns within 60 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@vovlift.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

How do I place an order?
To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout. 

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?
An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.
