There is no boom truck, no mobile hydraulic crane and no overhead bridge crane in this range — it is workcell and bay-level lifting.

Choosing a Jib: The Mount Decides Most of It

Capacity is usually the easy part. What separates the series is how the crane transfers load into your building, and that is driven by your floor, your walls and whether the crane has to move.

Foundation-mounted (H-Series). A floor-mounted mast set into an engineered concrete foundation. This is the series that reaches 5 ton and the longest spans, and it is the one that requires slab work before installation.

Foundationless (FL-FAR, FL-WS, FH1, FH2). The mast bolts to an existing slab of adequate thickness, avoiding a new footing. FH1 and FH2 are the heavy duty foundationless models at 1/2 and 1 ton; FL-WS is a workstation-style unit at 1/2 ton.

Wall and column (CW, CW-FAR, TRW, PM). If floor space is the constraint, these hang the boom off structure instead. TRW uses an overbraced tie rod and is listed to 2 ton; the cantilevered CW reaches 3 ton. PM-Series mounts to an existing building column.

Portable (MC, MC-FAR). A ballasted mobile base — no anchoring, no slab prep, and the crane follows the job.

Articulating (any "-FAR" model). A two-section boom that pivots, so the hook can reach around obstructions, into machines and under fixed structure rather than only sweeping an arc.

Gantry Cranes: TG, FG and AG

The gantry families answer three different problems. TG-Series telescoping gantries adjust height, which matters when the same unit has to clear a doorway and then work under a higher roof — listed from 1 through 5 ton. FG-Series fixed-height gantries give up that adjustment and are listed from 2 through 5 ton for a station where the lift height never changes. AG-Series is adjustable height in aluminum at 1/2 to 2 ton, aimed at crews who have to reposition the frame by hand or move it between buildings rather than leave it parked.

What the Spec Tables Actually Tell You

Every jib listing carries a model table with hub height, span and weight, and those weights are the most useful planning number on the page. The portable MC and MC-FAR tables are built around 8, 10 and 12 ft hub heights and 8, 10 and 12 ft spans, with listed weights from 2,776 lbs up to 8,670 lbs — that mass is the ballast that keeps an un-anchored crane upright, and it dictates the floor loading and the equipment needed to reposition it.

Compare that to the FL-FAR foundationless models across the same 1/8 to 1/2 ton range: 913 to 1,266 lbs, because the anchors do the work the ballast would otherwise do. The H-Series tables run to longer booms, listing 10 ft and 12 ft hub heights with spans from 8 ft out to 20 ft, and weights climbing from 3,905 lbs at an 8 ft span to 6,962 lbs at 20 ft.
