How much can this jib crane lift?

Every model in this L-Series light duty range is rated at 1/2 ton capacity. That rating covers the total load hanging from the boom, so the hoist, trolley, chain and any rigging count against it — subtract their weight before deciding whether your load fits. The rating does not change with span or hub height; all fifteen models carry the same 1/2 ton.

What sizes and models are available?

There are fifteen models, combining three hub heights with five spans. Hub heights are 8 ft, 10 ft and 12 ft. Spans are 6 ft, 8 ft, 10 ft, 12 ft and 14 ft, and every combination is offered. Model numbers encode both: L186 is 8 ft hub height with 6 ft span, and L11214 is 12 ft hub height with 14 ft span.

How do I choose the right span and hub height?

Choose span by the reach you need from the mast, and hub height by your overhead clearance. Span options run 6 ft to 14 ft, so a workstation that needs to reach further than 14 ft from a fixed mast is outside this range. Hub height options are 8 ft, 10 ft and 12 ft, which must clear your ceiling, lights, ducting and the hoist you plan to hang.

How much does the crane weigh?

Between 573 lbs and 981 lbs, depending on model. The lightest is the L186 at 573 lbs; the heaviest is the L11214 at 981 lbs. Weight increases with both span and hub height — 8 ft hub height models run 573 to 812 lbs, 10 ft models 617 to 869 lbs, and 12 ft models 662 to 981 lbs. Does it come with a hoist?

The published specifications cover the crane structure only — model, hub height, span and weight. No hoist, trolley, motor or electrical supply is listed, and no power requirement is given for the crane itself. Treat the hoist as a separate selection, sized so that its own weight plus the load stays within the 1/2 ton rating, and confirm the shipped contents before ordering.

What does it cost?
