How much weight can the W20 handle?

The W20 is rated at 4,400 lb. with a 23.6 in. load center. That rating assumes the load is stable and evenly distributed, with its center of gravity no farther than 23.6 in. out from the fork face. Loads that are long, unbalanced or top-heavy reduce what the truck can safely carry, so weigh and measure your heaviest pallet before ordering.

Is this a ride-on truck or a walk-behind?

It is a walk-behind. The W20's operation mode is walking, so the operator steers with the tiller and travels alongside the truck rather than riding on it. Travel and lift are both electric, so there is no manual pumping. OSHA classifies powered pallet trucks as powered industrial trucks, so operators must be trained under that standard before use.

How high do the forks lift, and how low do they sit?

Maximum lift height is 8 in. and minimum fork height is 2.95 in. That is transport range, not stacking range: the W20 raises a load clear of the floor so it can be moved, and will not place pallets into racking or onto a stand. Confirm that your pallets or containers accept fork entry at 2.95 in.

What tires does it use, and what floors is it meant for?

Polyurethane (PU) tires throughout, in a 1+2/4 drive-to-load-wheel arrangement: Φ9×3 in. on the drive side, Φ3.3×3.3 in. on the load side, and Φ3.9×1.6 in. auxiliary wheels. PU is intended for smooth, dry indoor floors such as sealed concrete. Gravel, broken asphalt, outdoor yards and debris-covered docks will wear it quickly.

How much does the truck itself weigh?

Service weight is 639 lb., which is the truck with no load on the forks. That figure matters for mezzanine floors, dock plates and lift-gate limits, and for planning delivery — it is not a unit two people can lift off a trailer. Older buildings with rated floor loading should be checked against it as well.

How much space does it need to maneuver?

The wheelbase is 52 in., and that plus your pallet length drives the aisle width required to turn. The published specifications for this model do not include an overall turning radius or minimum aisle figure. Measure your narrowest aisle, doorway and trailer opening and compare them against a layout drawing rather than assuming the truck will fit.

EOSLift Limited Warranty (Policy W2015-001), Electric & Semi-Electric Equipment — EOSLift USA Corporation warrants this product to the original purchaser: 24 months on frame, transmission (gearbox/shaft), weldments, traction motor, SBW motor/decoder and wheel controller; 12 months on lift motor, hydraulic pump, SBW sensor, built-in chargers and wiring harness; 6 months on transistor controls, control cables, tires, motor brushes, contact tips, switches and bearings; batteries and chargers 180–360 days (first 90 days unconditional, then pro-rata). The first 90 days are unconditional against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty covers parts only (labor and travel excluded) and is void under abnormal use, unauthorized repair or modification, abuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, improper installation or transport damage. How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
