How much weight can the M20S carry?

The M20S is rated for 4,400 lb. That is the maximum load capacity for the truck, and loads should stay within it. The rating applies to the load carried on the forks; the specifications do not list reduced ratings for off-center or uneven loads, so center the weight across both forks and keep it stable while moving.

Will it fit my pallets?

The forks are 48 in. long with a 27 in. outside spread. The outside spread is the total width across both forks, and 48 in. is the fork length. Measure your pallet's entry openings and stringer spacing against those two figures before ordering, since pallets outside that footprint will not seat properly on the forks.

How high do the forks lift, and how low do they go?

The forks raise to 7.5 in. and lower to 2.95 in. The 2.95 in. minimum height is what the forks must clear to enter a pallet, so confirm your pallets have at least that much entry opening. The 7.5 in. lift height is for lifting a load clear of the floor to move it, not for stacking or racking.

Does it need power, a battery, or a charger?

No — it is a manual pallet truck. No battery, charger, or electrical connection is listed in the specifications. The operator pumps the handle to raise the forks hydraulically and pulls the truck by hand, so it can be used anywhere on a flat, solid floor without access to an outlet or charging station.

It suits routine pallet moves on flat, solid floors such as warehouse aisles, trailers, and shop areas. It is not intended for stacking, racking, rough outdoor ground, or loads over 4,400 lb.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
