Product Overview
In short
The All Lift Cranes H-Series is a heavy-duty floor-mounted jib crane rated for 1/2 ton capacity, offered in 39 HUB height and span configurations (10-20 ft HUB height, 8-20 ft span) to fit a range of workspaces. It's manufactured in Appleton, Wisconsin, USA by family-owned All Lift Cranes, Inc., and backed by a 3-year warranty on materials and workmanship, with parts replaced free FOB job site.

The All Lift Cranes H-Series Heavy Duty Floor Mounted Jib Crane is built for shops and facilities that need reliable overhead lifting at a fixed workstation. Rated for 1/2 ton capacity, this crane is available across 39 model configurations spanning HUB heights of 10 ft to 20 ft and spans of 8 ft to 20 ft, giving you the flexibility to match the crane to your ceiling height and working radius. Unit weights range from 949 lbs to 2,874 lbs depending on configuration, reflecting the heavier steel construction used to support the rated capacity.

As a floor-mounted jib, the H-Series rotates around a fixed base rather than offering full 360-degree sweep — floor jibs of this type typically provide 200-degree rotation unless a motorized rotation option is added. The crane pairs with standard wire rope and chain hoists from major manufacturers including CM, R&M, and Yale, so you can outfit it with the hoist that fits your existing equipment or maintenance standards.

Every H-Series crane is manufactured by All Lift Cranes, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer based in Appleton, Wisconsin, and is backed by a 3-year warranty covering material and workmanship, with replacement parts shipped free FOB job site.

FAQ about this model

How much can this jib crane lift?

Every model in this H-Series listing is rated at 1/2 ton capacity. The rating is the same at an 8 ft span as it is at a 20 ft span, so a longer boom does not reduce what the crane will lift. Remember that the hoist, rigging and any below-hook attachment count against the rated capacity, not just the load itself.

What HUB heights and spans are available?

There are 39 models, built around HUB heights of 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 ft with spans from 8 ft to 20 ft in 2 ft steps. The 8 ft span is offered only with the 10, 12 and 14 ft HUB heights; the 16, 18 and 20 ft HUB heights begin at a 10 ft span. Pick the span from the working radius you need to cover.

How much does the crane weigh, and why does that matter?

Listed weights range from 949 lbs for the H1108 (10 ft HUB, 8 ft span) to 2,874 lbs for the H12020 (20 ft HUB, 20 ft span). Weight climbs with both HUB height and span. Use the figure for your exact model when planning the foundation, the floor slab it will be anchored to, and the equipment needed to offload and set the crane.

How do I choose a model for my building?

Match the HUB height to your available overhead clearance first, then the span to the area you need to reach. HUB height is the mast dimension, not your hook height: the boom, trolley, hoist and rigging all sit below it and reduce usable lift. Measure from the finished floor to the lowest obstruction, such as lights, ducts or sprinkler lines, before selecting.

Is a hoist included?

The published product data for this crane covers the structure only, listing model, HUB height, span and weight. It does not specify a hoist, trolley, motor or electrical supply, so treat those as separate decisions and confirm what ships with your order before you buy. Your hoist choice also determines the power you will need to run to the crane.

What does it cost?

Pricing starts at $3,925. That figure corresponds to the entry point in the range, and cost rises with HUB height and span, so a 20 ft HUB, 20 ft span crane will not price the same as a 10 ft HUB, 8 ft span unit. Request pricing against a specific model number, since each of the 39 configurations is priced separately.
