Using a strong steel body, spring loaded jaw, and rolling wheels, the drum picker will reduce fatigue and increase production speed when using the drum picker for lifting and moving drums that weigh up to 550 pounds or 250 kilograms.

What size and weight of drum will the DP25 handle?

The DP25 is rated for loads up to 550 lb. It accepts drums up to 23.6 in. in diameter and up to 36.0 in. in length, so check both figures against the drums you actually run. Anything heavier than 550 lb., wider than 23.6 in., or longer than 36.0 in. falls outside the rated range and should not be lifted with this unit.

How high does it lift a drum?

Maximum lifting height is 11.0 in. That is enough to clear the floor for transport or to set a drum onto a low platform or pallet, but not enough to reach bench or rack height. Measure the destination surface before ordering: if you need drums raised higher than 11.0 in., this model is not the right choice.

How much floor space and clearance does it need?

Overall dimensions are 31.5 in. long, 29.9 in. wide and 49.2 in. high. Use the 29.9 in. width as your limit when checking doorways, aisles and truck gates, and the 49.2 in. height if the unit will be stored under shelving or in a cabinet. The footprint is the same loaded or empty.

How heavy is the transporter itself?

Net weight is 93 lb. One person can normally reposition the empty unit on a level floor, but loading it into a vehicle is a two-person job or one for a lift gate. Note that the 93 lb. figure covers the transporter alone and does not include the drum or its contents.

What floor surfaces does it work on?

It rolls on 7 x 1.9 in. front wheels with smaller 4.9 x 1.5 in. loading wheels. That combination is intended for smooth, level indoor floors such as concrete in warehouses, workshops and production areas. Rough asphalt, gravel, raised thresholds and ramps make a loaded drum harder to steer and control, so plan routes over flat ground.

EOSLift Limited Warranty (Policy W2015-001), Manual Equipment — EOSLift USA Corporation warrants this product to the original purchaser: 12 months on hydraulic pumps, frames, handles, rockers and push rods; 3 months on wheels, bearings and axles. Warranty covers parts only (labor and travel excluded) and is void under abnormal use, unauthorized repair or modification, abuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, improper installation or transport damage. How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
