FAQ about this model
What power supply does the KOINE 3 Phase need?
It runs on 220V/60Hz, three-phase power, so a single-phase household or job-site outlet will not run it. Total machine power is 9 HP, split between a 7.5 HP mixing motor and a 1 HP feed impeller. Confirm you have three-phase service or a suitable generator at the site before ordering, and have an electrician verify the connection.
How far can this unit pump material?
Pumping distance depends on the material: 200 ft or more for grouting and fireproofing, and 300 ft or more for self-leveling compounds. The difference comes from how much thinner, more flowable mixes move through hose. Actual reach on your site will vary with vertical lift, hose diameter and the specific product being pumped, so plan the hose run accordingly.
What is the output rate?
The machine delivers a material flow rate of 140 cu ft per hour. Because it is a continuous mixer, material is mixed and pumped in one uninterrupted operation rather than in batches, which is what makes that sustained rate possible. Real-world output depends on how quickly your crew can place the material and on the mix being run.
How big is the machine and will it fit my access route?
The unit measures 29 x 47 x 61.5 in (W x L x H). Measure your doorways, gates, lift openings and elevator cars against those figures before delivery, and check the height clearance where the machine will sit during use. Also plan for a route wide enough to move it into position once it is on site.
What size is the hose clean-out adapter?
The hose clean-out adapter is 35mm. It is used to flush the delivery hose at the end of a pour or before the material sets. Cleaning the hose and mixing chamber promptly after each use is the main routine maintenance task on a continuous mixer, since hardened material inside the line is difficult to remove afterward.
Who is this machine suited to?
It suits contractors placing grout, fireproofing or self-leveling compounds continuously at volume, where 140 cu ft/hr of output and hose runs of a few hundred feet are useful. It is less appropriate for small patch work or occasional batches, and it is not an option for sites without three-phase power available.
