FAQ about this model
What fork lengths are available, and how do I choose?
Five lengths: 36", 42", 48", 60", and 72". Pick the length by the depth of what you carry. Shorter tines handle standard pallets and are easier to maneuver in tight aisles and trailers. Longer tines reach under deeper loads, oversized crates, and stacked material, but extend the load further ahead of the machine.
Will these fit my skid steer?
They use a universal skid steer quick attach mount, the common plate interface used across most skid steer loaders and compact track loaders. If your machine has universal quick attach, the forks mount without an adapter. Check your loader's plate before ordering, since machines with proprietary or non-universal couplers will need a separate adapter plate.
What is the rated lifting capacity?
The published specifications for these forks do not state a rated capacity, so confirm it before matching them to a load. The tines are 1 3/8" solid forged alloy steel and the frame is a Standard Class 2 setup. Also remember your working limit is set by the loader's rated operating capacity, not by the attachment alone.
How is fork spacing adjusted?
The tines slide along a CNC-machined carriage bar with three locking positions, so spacing is adjustable rather than fixed. That lets you set the tines narrow for small pallets and bins, or wide for full-width pallets and long material. Adjustment is done at the carriage bar, with no tools or hardware changes described in the specifications.
What are the forks and fork guard made of?
The tines are 1 3/8" solid forged alloy steel and the fork guard is 1/4" plate steel. Forged alloy tines are formed as one solid piece rather than fabricated from stock, and the plate steel guard is the back stop that keeps a load from shifting toward the operator when the forks are tilted back.
Is powder coating included in the price?
Powder coating is listed as an optional finish, not standard, so it is a configuration choice rather than something included by default. Pricing starts at $408, and the final price depends on the options you select, including fork length. If you want the coated finish, confirm it is on the order before it goes into production.
