FAQ about this model
Which machines does the IMER 1107090 rotor/stator kit fit?
It fits two machines: the IMER Prestige (1106133) and the IMER Step-Up 120 (1106181). Those are the only units listed as compatible in the product data, so check the model number on your pump's plate before ordering. If you run a different IMER model or another brand, we can't confirm fitment from the specifications for this kit.
What pressure and output does this rotor/stator produce?
Maximum pressure is 290 PSI (20 Bar), with a flow rate of 32 Gal/min (120 l/min) at 200 RPM. Output tracks pump speed, so the 32 Gal/min figure applies specifically at 200 RPM and drops as you run slower. Use both numbers to check the kit against your hose length, vertical lift and required placement rate.
What is the largest aggregate this kit can pump?
Maximum aggregate or grain size is 0.4 in (10 mm). Material with stones above that size can bridge in the stator, spike pressure and wear the pair out early. Check the sieve or grain size on the data sheet of the mix you intend to pump and confirm it sits at or below 0.4 in before you start.
Which materials is this rotor/stator intended for?
It is recommended for core filling grout, screeds, refractory mortars and fiber reinforced concrete. Those are the material types listed for this 60.12 pairing, and they suit its 290 PSI pressure rating and 0.4 in (10 mm) grain limit. For mixes outside that list, check the grain size and pumping pressure your material supplier specifies first.
What comes in the kit and what else do I need to install it?
The kit includes the rotor, the stator and all mounting hardware for installation, so no separate fastener kit is needed. You will still need standard hand tools and any lubricant or slurry priming material your machine manual calls for. Follow the installation and break-in instructions in your IMER machine documentation, since procedure varies between the Prestige and Step-Up 120.
