FAQ about this model
Which pumps does this rotor and stator kit fit?
It fits IMER Step-Up 120 and Step-Up 120 A spray and grout pumps. Those are the only machines listed as compatible with the 1107088 kit, so confirm your pump model and variant before ordering. The rotor and stator are matched to that pump's pumping geometry, and the kit includes the mounting hardware needed for installation.
What materials can I pump with it, and what is the aggregate limit?
Binders, mortars, plaster and fiber-reinforced mortars, with a maximum grain size of 6 mm (0.25 in). Anything containing aggregate coarser than that risks jamming the rotor and accelerating stator wear, so check the grading of your mix first. The 2L6 geometry is a general-purpose choice across those material families rather than a single-mix specialist.
How far will it pump, and at what pressure?
Beyond 131 ft (40 m), at a working pressure of 435 PSI (30 bar). Real-world distance depends on the mix consistency, hose diameter and vertical rise, so treat 131 ft as the distance the kit is rated past rather than a fixed ceiling. Wetter, finer mixes carry further than stiff or heavily fiber-loaded ones.
What comes in the kit?
The rotor, the stator and mounting hardware for installation. This is a wear-part kit rather than a complete pump, so it replaces the pumping elements in a Step-Up 120 or 120 A you already own. Hoses, spray guns and air supply equipment are not listed as included and would need to be ordered separately.
Which spray guns work with it?
Guns with Ø1 3/8 in (35 mm) and Ø1 in (25 mm) connections are listed as compatible. Match the bore to your material: the 35 mm size suits coarser and fiber-reinforced mortars running near the 6 mm grain limit, while the 25 mm size suits finer plasters and binders. Both sit downstream of the pumping kit.
How do I maintain the rotor and stator?
Flush the rotor and stator with water immediately after each use, before material sets inside the stator. Both are consumable parts, and falling output or pressure at the gun is the usual sign the stator liner has worn and the kit needs replacing. Avoid running the pump dry, since friction without material damages the stator quickly.
