What load can these tables handle?
Each table is rated at either 4,000 lb or 6,000 lb, giving the group a 4,000 – 6,000 lb capacity range with no intermediate ratings. The model number tells you which: UNI-5448-4 models are the 4,000 lb version, UNI-5448-6 models are the 6,000 lb version. Pick a rating above your heaviest load rather than equal to it.
How big is the platform?
All 20 models use the same 54"×48" platform. Deck size does not change with capacity, voltage or color, so a 6,000 lb unit occupies the same footprint as a 4,000 lb one. Measure your load against 54 inches by 48 inches; anything that overhangs the deck belongs on a larger table.
What power supply do I need?
You select the supply at time of order: 115V single phase, 230V single phase, 208V three phase, 230V three phase, or 460V three phase. Both capacities are offered in all five, so your electrical service does not limit which capacity you can buy. Confirm the available voltage and phase at the installation point first.
Why do prices vary from $4,348.65 to $6,352.13?
Capacity accounts for most of the spread. The 4,000 lb models are priced at $4,348.65 or $4,459.42; the 6,000 lb models at $6,242.41 or $6,352.13. Within a capacity, the only difference is voltage — the 460V three-phase units are the lower price in each group. Color has no effect on price.
What colors are available?
Two: blue and yellow. Every capacity and voltage combination is offered in both, and a blue unit costs the same as the equivalent yellow one. Two capacities, five voltage options and two colors is what produces the 20 models listed. Choose color to match your existing plant equipment or floor marking scheme.
What warranty comes with the table, and where is it made?
A 1-year limited warranty, and the tables are made in the USA by Vestil Manufacturing. The published specification covers capacity, platform size, voltage, color and price only. Details not listed here — such as lift height, tilt angle, cycle time and any included accessories — should be verified against the manufacturer's drawing for your specific model number.
