Vestil Bench Top Tilters (BTT)

Bench Top Tilters increase efficiency and help reduce fatigue and potential injury by placing work at a better ergonomic angle. Loads up to 1,000 pounds may be tilted from 0 degrees to 45 degrees. Heavy-duty steel Bench Top Tilters can be attached to most industrial table tops, work benches and mobile lift tables of sufficient load capacity and surface size.

Pendent hand control with UP and DOWN push buttons is located on an 8 foot cord, maximizing operator convenience. Flat base plate with slotted holes for installation. Units are colored royal blue.

Manually Adjustable Tilter is used for applications requiring only occasional changes in tilt angle. Tilter is adjustable at 15, 30 or 45 degree angles. Three inch retaining lip prevents loads up to 600 pounds from sliding off platform.

Electro-Mechanical Internal Operating Mechanism will lift a maximum of 500 pounds up to a 45 degree angle from the five inch lowered height. External Operating Mechanism will lift a maximum of 1,000 pounds up to a 45 degree angle from the five inch lowered height. The Bench Top Tilters have a sliding top which tilts within its own base frame.

The center of the platform is kept closer to the center of the base, providing for higher stability than the conventional hinge style tilter

Capacity is 600 lb on the two manual models (BTT-6-36 and BTT-6-46) and 500 lb on the two linear models (BTT-5-36 and BTT-5-46). Check your heaviest single load against the rating of the model you choose. If a load exceeds 500 lb, the manual models are the only option in this series.
