The IMER 1106345 Mighty Small Pump is a high output, portable multi-purpose pump/sprayer system designed specifically for the demands of heavy construction. Equipped with a continuous duty single-phase 3 HP motor and inverter controlled control panel, the system provides consistent power and a stable operating environment for a wide variety of demanding applications such as; Grout pumping, Bridge Deck Repairs, Fire Proofing and Material Spraying. A major feature of the systems compact design are the remote control cable, stainless steel hopper and pressure gauge allowing for the contractor to have complete control of the system. Additionally, the pumps high material flow rates allow for the contractor to perform larger scale work. This machine can pump a wide variety of aggregates (up to ¼″) and pump these materials long distances providing increased job site productivity and versatility. Also, the machines durability and user-friendly features make it an ideal choice for both contractors and rental fleet operators.

What materials can this pump handle, and what is the aggregate limit?

It handles mixes with aggregate up to ¼ inch. The Mighty Small 50 PLUS is set up for grout and self-leveling underlayment, with a material flow rate of 1.7 to 54 cu ft/hr. If your mix carries stone or coarse sand larger than ¼ inch, it falls outside what this pump is rated to move.

What power supply does the machine require?

It runs on 230V/60Hz single-phase power. The pump motor is 3 HP, continuous duty, and the machine uses an inverter-driven control panel to regulate output. It is also listed as compatible with 6000 watt generators, so it can run on site power or a generator of that size. Confirm you have single-phase 230V available before delivery.

How far can it pump material?

Up to 150 ft with grout and up to 200 ft with self-leveling underlayment. The difference reflects how each material moves through the line. Those are the maximum rated distances, so plan hose runs to stay within them rather than adding length and hoping for the best on a long pour.

How large is the hopper and how fast does it deliver?

The stainless steel hopper holds approximately 1.75 cubic feet, and output ranges from 1.7 to 54 cu ft/hr. That is a wide range, and the inverter-driven control panel is what you use to set flow for the pour. At the higher end the hopper empties fast, so plan on someone feeding it continuously.

Can it run continuously through a long workday?

Yes. It is rated at a 100% duty cycle for continuous 24/7 operation, and the 3 HP motor is continuous duty, so no cool-down period is built into the rating. Output stays adjustable through the inverter panel across the full 1.7 to 54 cu ft/hr range while it runs.
