Product Description
The KT-T830 is a high performance wheel clamp tyre changer with heavy duty tire replacement functionality for professional auto shops and service centers. This professional-grade tire changers specifically designed to perform tire changing operations without damaging wheels and rims, which makes it essential for every workshop.
The KT-T830 leverages alloy steel jaws that are carburized to a depth of 0.8–1.1mm, followed by a full quenching process to deliver superior toughness. A hardened exterior with a sticky inner core that will guarantee these jaws work under pressure. Finally, the jaws feature protective covers to prevent rim damage as the wheel is clamped into place.
The center of the tire changer is a stainless steel mount head that is then treated and polished with a solution process. The adapter's ergonomic shape is matched to effectively function with engineering mechanics, which is combined with a rim-safe plastic cover to prevent zinc scratches or bent chrome rims.
One of the KT-T830’s best features is its operational effectiveness. An intuitive, pull-type pedal control system is ergonomically designed for comfort and control, allowing operators complete command of inflation, bead breaking and rotation. A unified inflation gauge is accurate, and the pedal-controlled spade cover ensures no accidental rim smashes.
