All MAJORLIFT MD16E 3500 lbs three-wheel electric forklift are designed and built with the latest technologies and high ergonomics concepts. The low ownership cost visionary forklift design– superior visibility, high comfort, safety as well as ergonomics oriented towards the operator. It can be used extensively in factories, warehouses, logistic centers, and particularly in cold storage and the food industry.
Electrical System
The CURTIS AC controller with a microprocessor control system of the motor speed and temperature feedback signal, regenerative braking, and CANBAUA universal interface to ensure that accurate control drive climbing system. It can harness the energy through regenerative braking when it is in brake and store the energy.
The system will automatically put the subsidiary pump motor controller into operation according to demand while pulling high-flow oil pressure, which effectively saves energy and prolongs battery life.
Easy reach emergency power disconnect switch during emergency events
Extensive multifuctional display relating to the truck operation and maintenance state, with waterproof and shockproof protection. The circuit is protected and reliable by the advanced wiring harness, waterproof connectors, and multiunit fuse module.
Drivetrain and transmission
Semi-axis of full suspension type for driving axle, and it only bears the torque and other load born by the outside case.

Steering and brake system
The upper and lower type steering rod is adopted for the steering axle, which has a simple structure, and good intensity, and both ends adopt joint bearing with thickening of installation hole of joint bearing. The steering axle performs more consistently.
