High-level Power system for optimal performance
The MD18Li MAJORLIFT is equipped with an advanced CURTIS AC controller system. Microcomputer control of a fork truck driving test system consists of four parts: the driving unit, testing unit, control unit and display unit, which combine feedback signals of motor speed and temperature and accurately control the driving function and lifting function of the fork lift truck. Additionally, regenerative braking captures and stores energy if any braking occurs, helping improve energy efficiency and extending battery life. It is because of this system maximum energy efficiency can be guaranteed which on the other hand saves operational costs over the span of time.
In addition, the system will also automatically energize the subsidiary pump motor controller when it is necessary to create high-flow oil pressure. This prevents energy from being wasted, and helps the forklift work effectively on challenging tasks.
