And spring-loaded safety gates automatically close so that operators protect themselves without any added effort. With additional lanyard tie-down points, operators can safely secure themselves to the platform with safety harnesses for an added level of safety.

The platform is intended for universal use, operating with extended reach and straight-mast forklifts It works with forks up to 7" wide and 2¾" thick and fits forklifts with a 48" or wider carriage. There is also a quick-tach option for forklifts with a quick-tach connector, which allows for utmost convenience for attaching and detaching.
Optional Screen for Mast Protection
For even more safety, Star Industries Safety Work Platform is available with an optional 42" x 84" mast protective screen (model 1250). Operators are shielded from the moving parts of the forklift mast by this screen, providing further protection while working at height.
