Straddle stacker or counterbalanced walkie stacker?

Straddle stackers use outrigger legs that slide under the pallet, giving high capacity in narrow aisles at a lower price. Counterbalanced walkies skip the legs, so their forks reach closed-bottom pallets, stillages, and shelving the straddle legs can't clear — at a higher cost. Choose by pallet type and aisle.

Do you need a pallet stacker or an order picker?

Choose a pallet stacker to lift and place full pallets onto racking. Choose an order picker when workers pick individual cases at height — these raise the operator on a platform, with models here reaching 196" of lift. Order pickers cost more and suit case-pick and replenishment work, not pallet transport alone.

Semi-electric or full-electric?

Semi-electric stackers power the lift but require manual pushing, keeping the price down for lighter-duty, shorter-run use. Full-electric models power both lift and travel, cutting operator fatigue on longer routes and heavier, repeated cycles. Weigh shift length and throughput against budget when deciding between the two.
