The EPC20Li is powered by a high-performance lithium-ion battery that provides both rapid recharge (opportunity) and extended service life of the batteries, resulting in less down time due to battery replacement or recharging. The compact design of the EPC20Li allows for greater ease of movement through tight aisle spaces in comparison to other pallet jacks on the market. In addition to being easy to maneuver, the EPC20Li features ergonomic tiller controls that make it easier to safely handle and move the pallet jack while also reducing the amount of operator fatigue experienced when using this product.

Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
