Product Description

The compact design makes it well-suited for “handing off” materials between stations, eliminating manual labor and increasing efficiency. 1 Ton Pillar-Mounted Jib Crane has a special place in the industries with limited floor space as vertical mounting of these cranes maximizes the efficient horizontal workspace in any facility.

Flexible Span & Rotation

Rated for 8' – 20' spans, this crane works with multiple work space sizes. Rotating 360° (or limited rotation with stops), these give you simple load placement, regardless of whether you are relocating parts between machines or loading/unloading materials. The rotation mechanism works without the consequent effort of the operator while maintaining its safety and control.

Installation & Customization

Mounting requires grade 5, 7/8″ diameter bolts (not included); installation depends on floor thickness and ceiling sturdiness. Included in the crane are (2) mounting plates and end stops allowing for immediate setup. Optional add-ons such as tagline kits that allow you to control load from a distance, rotation stops that will limit swing and compatible hoists and trolleys available for specialized lifting needs.

Durability & Safety

This jib crane, constructed from industrial-grade materials, stands up to heavy daily use. The end stops avoid over-rotation, while the strong pillar design ensures a stable seat even at maximum load. As always, confirm flooring and overhead support specifications and installation before operating safely.

Shipping rates are usually calculated at checkout; however, we reserve the right to provide custom shipping quotes for oversized or specialized equipment.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?

How do I place an order?

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
