KENCO warrants its lifting devices (excluding pads and consumable items) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for six (6) months from the delivery date to the original customer. Coverage is limited to replacement of parts KENCO deems defective. Wear items such as pads, pins and lifting bails, along with misuse, unauthorized repair and damage from improper storage or maintenance, are excluded.

We offer standard 1-5 business day shipping (following dispatch) via LTL Freight, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Orders typically process in 1-2 business days (starting the following business day). Shipping rates are usually calculated at checkout; however, we reserve the right to provide custom shipping quotes for oversized or specialized equipment.
