A manual pallet truck is a hand-operated hydraulic jack that slides forks under a pallet, lifts it a few inches off the floor with a foot or hand pump, and lets one worker roll heavy loads short distances. It needs no power, battery, or charging.
Match the rated capacity to your heaviest loaded pallet, then add a margin. Vovlift's manual models run from light-duty jacks up to the EOSLift M30 at 6,600 lb, with several 4,400 lb and 5,500 lb options in between for standard warehouse pallets.
Choose stainless steel models like the EKKO A25S or EOSLift M20S for wash-down, food, or corrosive environments where painted steel rusts. Choose a scissor-lift pallet truck, such as the EOSLift I15D, when you also need to raise loads to a comfortable working height for picking or assembly.
Fork width and length must match your pallet openings and footprint. Narrower forks suit half-pallets and tight aisles; standard 27-inch-wide forks handle GMA pallets. Each Vovlift listing shows fork dimensions in its spec table so you can confirm fit before ordering.
