The FL-250 Series Foundationless Jib Crane is engineered from the ground-up to revolutionize your next material handling process. Capable of lifting light to medium weight, this crane supports a load capacity of up to ⅛ ton. Its lack of a foundation allows it to be bolted directly onto almost any existing concrete surface, which saves on expensive pre-poured foundations. This feature makes it an excellent solution for open areas where it can serve several workstations, including machining and assembly operations, loading docks, and more.
Durable and Versatile Design
The FL-250 Series incorporates a 360° rotated, rolled steel I-beam with a tapered flange for smooth trolley travel and a full rotation for complete flexibility. The removable safety end stops are another safety feature that limits trolley travel, preventing accidents and ensuring accurate load placement. Designed to endure adverse weather conditions, this crane is fit for indoor and outdoor applications, even in areas that require stainless-steel.
Rapid Implementation and Configuration

The crane installs on as little as 6” thick, 3,000 psi reinforced concrete and doesn’t require any extensive construction, making it an economical choice when looking to enhance your material handling capabilities. The crane is also available with optional accessories, including tagline kits with S-hooks, epoxy anchor kits, bolt pattern templates, and top entry collector rings to allow for continuous 360° rotation.

Technical Specifications
FL-250 Series; 6 holes for 1¼” bolts in a 22" bolt circle in a 26” OD base Its lift height ranges from 8’ to 12’, and its span ranges from 6’ to 14’, so this is a great choice for versatility in different workspace configurations. Stainless steel is also available for outdoor or corrosive environments for longevity.
Installation Requirements
You want the existing concrete to be at least reinforced 6” thick with a compressive strength of 3000 psi minimum prior to installation. * The concrete on and around the base plate area (6’ x 6’ square) is free of cracks, seams, joints, walls or delamination. Having the foundation evaluated by a local engineer is ideal for the safety and performance of this home.
